Welcome to maya designs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our web design, development, and digital marketing services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

maya designs provides bespoke web design, web development, and digital consulting services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate written proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties before the commencement of any work.

2. Payments and Fees

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before any design or development work begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final website goes live on your domain.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur an additional fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, the client agrees to provide all necessary text, images, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may result in project delays that are outside of our control.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights to the final website design, structure, and custom graphics created specifically for the project will be transferred to you. maya designs retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Revisions and Amendments

We include a specific number of revision rounds in our project proposals (usually two rounds). Additional revisions requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Limitation of Liability

maya designs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services or any third-party services integrated into your website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
